What Product Exclusivity Includes:
Category and SubCategory Exclusivity: Your product category (e.g., food, candles, apparel & accessories) and subcategory (e.g., gourmet popcorn, handcrafted soy candles, Paracord pet leashes) will be exclusively yours at the market.
Brand Visibility: As the exclusive provider, your booth will gain greater attention and visibility.
Enhanced Customer Reach: Stand out to customers looking for your specific offerings without competition within the market.

How It Works:
Option #1: 4 Market Commitment: Secure your spot for 4 single market events to maximize exposure and build consistency.
Option #2: Single Market Commitment: Secure your spot for a minimum of 4 market events to maximize exposure and build consistency.
Application Review: Product exclusivity is subject to review and approval to ensure alignment with the market's goals.
Fee Structure: Exclusivity opportunities come with a premium fee to reserve your category.
Additional Benefits:
Your business logo featured prominently on the Heart to Home market website, and in social media marketing for the markets in which you are approved for.
You will receive regular shout-outs on Heart to Home Community Market’s social media channels, with posts highlighting your exclusive product(s) for the market you are approved for.
A single dedicated feature in the Heart to Home monthly email newsletter for the month in which you are exclusive, promoting your products and a specific upcoming market.
You will receive a 10’X10’ booth placement near high-traffic areas, such as entrances, food trucks, or central zones, ensuring maximum visibility.
Fee Structure:
Single Market Event Exclusivity
Fee: $200 per event.
Details: Guarantees exclusivity for your product category and/or subcategory for one market event.
Four (4) Market Event Exclusivity Package
Fee: $700 for 4 market events.
Details: Provides exclusivity for your product category and/or subcategory across 4 market events with a discounted rate for committing to multiple events.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% is required upon approval of your application to secure your exclusivity.
The remaining balance is due within 60 days of application approval.
Refunds are not available for cancellations for any reason.
How to Apply:
Submit the standard market application and make sure to select the box that indicates that you are interested in being an exclusive vendor. Be sure to check the 4 markets in which you would like to attend. Include details about your product, business, and why you’re a great fit for this opportunity.
