Heart to Home Community Markets was created to celebrate and uplift Colorado’s local artisans, small businesses, and handcrafted vendors. After closing our vendor-based retail store in August of 2024, we reimagined how we could best serve our community. While the store offered a space for creators to connect with customers, we saw an incredible opportunity to transition to vibrant, outdoor markets that bring people together in a lively and dynamic environment.

With this shift, we’ve expanded opportunities for local makers and entrepreneurs, creating an even broader platform to showcase their unique talents, products, and services. Our community markets are more than just shopping events—they’re immersive experiences where the community can discover distinctive goods, support small businesses, and build meaningful connections.

Held on the first weekend of each month in high-traffic, vibrant locations in the South Denver Metro Area, Heart to Home Community Markets feature rotating themes that make every market a fresh, exciting destination. Visitors can explore a curated selection of handmade creations, boutique services, and locally crafted products while enjoying a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.
